Edge Visionary Living’s sales team has hit the ground running recording nearly $26 million in sales since the company’s latest collaboration with Hillam Architects, Subiaco’s Botanical Apartments, was launched in early October.
Botanical is the latest project with Hillam Architects – who are perhaps best known for their high-end residential designs and the recently completed award winning Aria Apartments in Swanbourne.
The success has been down to Edge’s new internal buyers services team that includes one of the Western Suburb’s best know real estate identities, John Lewis, and Dalkeith’s Sharon Hawkins.
“The response to Botanical has been fantastic,” says John. “We have now sold nearly 30 apartments valued at about $26 million since the launch two weeks ago. Most of the sales have come from the western suburbs catchment area and mostly from people looking to downsize with a secure lock and leave, resort-style lifestyle.”
Sharon says the duo have been kept extra busy handling more than 500 recent registrations. “It’s got so busy we now have a special Wednesday evening opening time at our display so people can enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the viewing tower.”
John says it was watching the design evolution of Botanical that lured him from working on some of Cottesloe’s and Peppermint Grove’s most stunning homes, to high-end apartments.
“When the Hillam architectural concepts emerged it became apparent that Botanical was evolving into something special – a kind of work of art and was too good an opportunity to pass up.”
Fellow Edge Director David Hillam says both John and Sharon really strive to provide a different kind of customer experience. “I really appreciate their excellent knowledge of the building and the ways in which it is superior to other developments,” says David. “Clients instantly feel at ease in dealing with Sharon and John with their flexible, warm and easy going personalities.”
Botanical fronts the Subiaco Common Parkland with construction expected to begin early next year and completed in the second half of 2018. For more information visit: www.botanicalsubiaco.com.au or call John on 0438 0493 64 or Sharon on 0405 180 279.
